In Gaza, the primary focus of creating Temporary Learning Spaces to provide educational services to school aged children, both with and without disabilities. Despite the extraordinary challenges in Gaza, these spaces have allowed the children to return to learning in a safe and inclusive classroom. The learning spaces are currently in Deir Al-Balah and Gaza City, supported by several dedicated teachers to provide these children with relief and connection. With a focus on different subjects to provide a holistic school experience including English, Arabic, and Math. This program has provided children the opportunity to continue their studies against all odds.
We envision a free, just and peaceful Palestine where children thrive and look forward to a productive future, like children everywhere.
